If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 15 days for a full refund (less shipping and merchant fees). Item must be received in original condition (non-damaged). All options (Fur and Dress) are requests only, due to the scarcity of some of the available choices. We will do our best to honor your selections; however, we cannot guarantee they will be exact. We are at the mercy of our artists and can only select from what they have available. All purchases are insured. If for whatever reason your order is received damaged, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will handle all claims, and promptly issue you a replacement.
